In this time of crisis, HISS needs your support now more than ever.
Most of our tutors rely predominantly on freelance work, whether concerts, workshops or private teaching. We feel very strongly that our staff should be supported at this time; without them we would not be able to create the diverse and collaborative environment that we are so proud of. In ordinary times we are able to keep HISS going with very small margins. In these extraordinary times, we need your help to look after our staff and to help us protect our community for future years.

Why we need your help
HISS is friendly, welcoming and supportive. We are very proud of our diverse and collaborative environment created and sustained by our tutors and participants, many of whom enjoy returning year after year purely for this reason.
In order to reach as many people as possible we aim to make our course fees as low as possible while still enabling us to run the week smoothly. Your support enables us to continue making HISS affordable, and also allows us to grow and develop our programme.
Our very small margins make breaking even difficult at the best of times, but the coronavirus outbreak is stretching us very thinly and we need your help to look after our staff and to help us protect our community for future years.

Make a donation to support our work
To give regularly, you can make a standing order via your online or telephone banking, or complete our postal donation form and return it to the address below. Alternatively, make a monthly donation or one-off gift here. If you would prefer to give by cheque, please make it payable to '20,000 Voices Ltd' and post to the following address:

We are fortunate to have a very successful bursary fund enabling exceptional students to take advantage of the wealth of opportunity HISS has to offer. Many of our students return to HISS, and a number are now on the team!
